These pork koftas are flavoured with ginger, coriander, garlic, peanut butter and chilli then griddled for a tasty treat.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 350 g lean minced pork
  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
  • 2 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 red chilli chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • optional oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until combined.
  • Divide the mixture into 8 and form into sausages around skewers.
  • Fry until coloured on all sides or under a medium grill for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
