Roast Cauliflower with a Parmesan Polenta Crust
Roast Cauliflower with a Parmesan Polenta Crust. Cauliflower cut into ‘steaks’ and roasted in the oven with a crunchy Parmesan, polenta and chilli crust.
- 4 Cauliflower steaks 2cm thick
- 4 Tbsp Grated Parmesan
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 3 Tbsp Polenta
- 1 Tsp Chilli flakes Optional
Line a baking tray with baking parchement and add the cauliflower, brushing both sides with oil and seasoning.
Roast in the oven at 200 C for 15 minutes then remove from the oven and turn over.
Combine the Parmesan with the polenta and chilli flakes and sprinkle over the roast cauliflower.
Roast for another 15 minutes and then serve.
