Ingredients
  

  • 50 ml standard gin
  • 15 ml 22% orange liqueur
  • 300 ml tonic

To frost the glass

  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

To garnish

  • piece cinnamon stick
  • slices of orange and orange peel

Instructions
 

  • Mix the sugar and cinnamon on a saucer and pour the juice on another. Tip a gin glass upside down into the juice then carefully into the sugar. Turn upright and allow to dry for about 10 minutes.
  • Mix the gin, liqueur and tonic and pour into the glass.
  • Add a slice of orange, a piece of cinnamon and a few slivers of orange peel to garnish and enjoy.
